The ISIDORe consortium is pleased to announce the launch of a new call for proposals, to support scientists with an interest in Monkeypox virus (MPXV). The call is multidisciplinary and open to all scientists both from academia and the private sector.
Our capacities to support MPXV research currently include, but are not necessarily limited to: whole genome sequencing, imaging, structural biology, in vitro & in vivo models for studying infection mechanisms, testing of diagnostic devices, and stability testing.
Your application to access free of charge transnational services for supporting and advancing research must be focused on one of the topics listed on the MPXV Call webpage, which are divided into five main sections:
- Surveillance, Transmission & Epidemic Risk Management;
- MPXV Natural history
- Diagnostics;
- Vaccines;
- Social Sciences & Epidemiology.
Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis, based on their feasibility and scientific merit (through independent peer review). Selected projects will be implemented as rapidly as possible. Fill out and submit your pre-application before 05 August 2022, 23:59 CEST
